Well, here it is, the RARE Forum. You may have known of the forum PAIN. For the leaders of RARE, PAIN was our home...but was disbanded...and so, we bring to you, Rhydin's Apocalyptic Revolutionary Elites. The site is not yet finished, but you can look at it to get an idea of some things, and some sections are finished. So see what you think, and eventually, RARE will be complete.
