This game takes place during the Second War between the renegade angels and God and his faithful angels. Below on the planet Nova Crystalis, a team of alchemists discover a new continent with unlimited resources and water that can change lead into gold. A neighbouring nation, Ferata, decides to move to the new continent. Desiring complete control over the utopia, the alchemists form a colony known as Domina Terra. Both nations wage a war that lasts over 50 years. Seeing this conflict, the renegade angels take advantage of it. Assuming that the only way to win the war is to destroy God's family tree by taking out the Last Scion and removing its seed to increase their power enormously, the leader of the renegade angels goes down to earth in the guise of a human to find and destroy the Last Scion . . . little do the renegade angels know that the seed was split and exists in TWO beings . . .
