Witchcraft

Links of Note

Pagan library is a great resource, especially the part on dealing with fundies, of any and all religions.
Witch's Voice is another pagan resource site. kinda new age-ish, but some cool stuff if you dig.
Why Wiccans Suck is a hilariously forthright page. None of the sweetness and light, fluffbunny stuff.
Avatar Search is occasionally useful for digging up info. Don't forget I said

Pet Peeves

About Witchcraft. Where do I start? No, I'm not a satanist, for those who confuse the two. No, I don't sacrifice babies under the full or new moons. I do not try to convert people. In fact you wouldn't believe the trouble I had finding a teacher. I've been studying witchcraft in several forms for about a year and a half now, and I've never been happier or felt more secure in a religion. I'm not going to explain all my beliefs, because I believe religion is basically a personal thing. *chuckles* Then again, I rarely see a site devoted to Catholicism tacked onto a personal website. So I'm patting myself on the back for being a witch, sue me. Check out the links for several sites on witchcraft, wicca and paganism. For those who are offended by the Why Wiccans Suck title, go take a look. Read it front to back. If you're still offended, read it again. The author of the page has obviously dealt with a lot of the same types I've encountered. People who've seen the movie "The Craft" one too many times this week. Not to mention Sabrina the Teenaged Witch, Charmed, etc.

As well as studying witchcraft in general, I'm in a couple interesting classes, namely an elder futhark rune class, and a cabalistic tarot class. Both are lots of fun, and incredibly helpful and enlightening.
