First of the Devoracc child, Kaerien's birth was long and hard. Kaerien was, in fact, 3 weeks late. Her parents in fact were worried that Kaerien would never come out, so they had a healer induce labor early on a Friday morning.

And 24 hrs later (Saturday morning), reluctantly, Kaerien came into the world a cold, naked, bloody baby.

Life at the Devoracc manor was full of life with the eldest child. Kae (that what's her nanny and parents called her) always ran into mischief and loved hiding on her parents and nanny - especially as she got older and "more wiser" in that childish way.

It was during these years that Kae loved especially. She had love, could play all the times (or till someone made her eat or sleep), and was the center of attention. It wasn't till Kae was about 3 years old did her small world turn 90 degree's when her mother became pregnant with their 2nd child. Kae at first loved the idea of a younger sibling to play with, because in her mind the adults didn't even know what "play" was.

But as the pregnancy continued, people started to talk about how much time would be spent with the new "little one" being around and Kae didn't like the idea of having some attention taken from her to be on a younger sibling. Kae tried everything to persuade her parents to not have this child. But nothing worked and the parents had Danielle Devlin.

As both of them grew up, Kae found that she could have fun with her younger sister (who was usually called Elle) especially torturing and playing 'house' (with Elle usually being the baby and Kae being the mother).

Just as Elle & Kae were getting settled into the life as merchant's daughters, their father & mother brought home three (3) half-drow children whom were 5 years of age in human years.Kae and Elle asked about the new 3 siblings and were told that they are now apart of the family. That no matter what, even if the triplets were not a family by blood through experience and growing up, the 5 of the children were going to be as close as siblings as any other.

The 5 children erupted the household into a lively "zoo."

It was on Elle's 5th birthday that the fox revealed itself to the 2 eldest children. Both the parents sat the two of them down and told them the family secret - the merchant's business was a front and, in fact, they were thieves, just as Kae & Elle's ancestors were thieves.

It was from then on, that the two of them joined in on the family business. First with one of their parents, then once they got the hang of it, they went out together and slowly, Kae began to go out on her own more and more..

Even still with the family business, the five (5) devoracc children were put into schooling - to keep up the front of a merchant family. As their schooling years went on, they chose which areas they desired to learn in (if it be magic, weaponry, theology, business, drama, etc).

When Kaerien was 17 years old (making Elle 13 and the triplets roughly 9) their parents were on their merchant ship in sea and it was eaten by the waves and mysteriously went under they never seen their parents again. It was because of this that Kaerien dropped from schooling to keep the family business alive (even though the siblings helped whenever they could) she kept up the front of the merchant business.

A few years later after the other children have grown up more, Kaerien went back and finished her schooling. Taking interest in the arts and business, both came naturally to her due to her growing up.
