THE DOOBIE BROTHERS -
LIVE AT HERITAGE HALL IN ARDMORE!They performed all their big hits- "Listen To The Music", "Black Water", "China Grove", "Takin' It To The Streets".. Everyone had a great time! After all these years, the guys can still rock! RIP Keith Knudsen, 1948-2005. My fiance Ron Foster and I met with John McFee of The Doobie Brothers. John is a multi-talented guy and has been influential in the music industry playing everything from country to rock-n-roll. He was a longtime member of Clover, the group that eventually became known as Huey Lewis and The News and is a founding member of the country band, Southern Pacific along with the late Doobies drummer Keith Knudsen.
Ahhh...Cafe duMonde is back open for business!
KATRINA'S SMALLEST SURVIVORS
It has been awhile now since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast, devastating everything in her path. Kudos to the residents and relief workers for their tireless efforts in rebuilding New Orleans and other areas along the Gulf Coast. Much has been done but much more remains. The residents and their pets are still in need of our help. The effort will be ongoing for quite some time.

Below you'll find links to very worthwhile organizations that are helping residents' pets during this time of need.
GOD BLESS THE VICTIMS OF HURRICANE KATRINA ACROSS THE GULF COAST REGION. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AS YOU STRUGGLE TO REBUILD YOUR HOMES AND YOUR LIVES.
Hats off to Bourbon Street - New Orleans - March, 2005.
