Torn Straightjacket is a 4-piece metalcore/punk hybrid composed of Matrix on guitar, Pooh on vox, Supreme on bass, and SploogeMasterFlex on drums. We're based outta Estherville, IA. Yeah, we know, the website sucks royal donkey balls right now, but it's like a fine wine - just chug it for a while and eventually you'll get to love it.

The bastards at MP3.com took down our site. Actually, they took down MP3.com altogether. So no MP3s from us until the bastards at Audiostreet get around to creating their site. On Wednesday the 17th we begin rehearsing the BRAND SPANKING NEW versions of the songs "Promise Me", "Blood, Screams, and Tears", "I Got $20, So Let's Get Wasted", "Theivery", and the other songs slated to get smacked down in CD form as soon as we can. We'll put up some early demos as soon as the sound decent. Our first two albums are as of now titled "Beginnings" and "Embryo." We're gonna pull a LOTR and record both back to back, then release "Embryo" a little later. Yeah, we rock. Get ready to mosh like you've never moshed before, motherfuckers... Torn Straightjacket will be hitting the road next summer. Brace yourself for the greatest thing to come outta Iowa since corn.
