Tirejack is a band based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are a grungey, blues-rock band with some funk thrown in for good measure. Started on April 12, 2003 under the name Box of Clay, this new band, Tirejack, is dedicated to making honest-to-God music from deep down in the heart and soul(and maybe the pit of the stomache). We are out to create a new cycle of music inspired by all members of the band creating a mix of grunge, funk, classic rock and blues.We have PLENTY of original material that we recorded into a cheap demo on our 4 track and hope to take to New Horizons studio and polish up. The band is on a temporary hiatus but is already making plans to get together again real soon and start playing some more. You may think you got rid of us but you are WRONG! We hope to play both privately and publicly in the near future. So keep on rockin'! Merchandise is still available!
