11/2/04~ Cross Country, for Brandon at least, is now over, as a team, Leoneardtown boys and girls won the SMAc regular season title and went undefeated, and both boys and girls won the SMAC championship. I, Brandon, however did not finish the season and did not run at SMAC due to a dumb sprained ankle, but i am more than happy with my performance throughout the year, finishing with a PR of 17:10, and im looking to come back strong next year, win SMAC again and maybe myself be numero uno in SMAC. See you then.
8/29/04~ Cross Country has begun!!! Off with a bang, and with some unexpected twists. In the mile time trial Brandon took, or tied, for first wiht a 5:09 at the time, and took a strong 3rd on the 3 mile xc race at 20:01, so there is plenty of room for improvement in both, but right now im feeling a 4:50 mile and an 18 or 18:30ish 3 mile. in worse news, the crazy coach cut Jake, for no reason whatsoever, because now there are people that Jake even beat that are on the team, its crazy, and this sucks, no Run For Fun™ buddy.
7/22/04, holy hell brandon did it again, or in a while, but he ran a sub 5 mile. it clocked in at 4:56. whos hungry to beat their 4:53 PR? right on.
