So during my Xmas vacation, I went up to the Lake Tahoe area to snowboard. It's was a 3-day, 2-nights trip. And I went
with Yujin, Junya, Tomi, and Yuki. All of us had an awesome time.

We departed on Wednesday Dec.18th
at night at around 10. And so poor Yujin
was driving straight for the whole night. And
it took us like 10 hours to get to Lake Tahoe.

We arrived in the morning, and everything was
covered in snow. It was really cool~.

Oh, yea, so I was in my Santa Clause outfit to...
um...to...you know..um..like...
yea, enjoy the holiday season.

I like my outfit.

Lake Tahoe is just amazing in the winter.

So this is Yujin, the official driver of the trip!
just kidding.

So we checked in, and the next
thing that we noticed was Tomi
already tearing his chickens to
pieces.

And then I turned around, and...

For a second, I thought I was in
the Jurassic Park:

Junya was swallowing chicken pieces
like a T-rex!

Just a reminder: Dinosaurs move fast.

So finally, we took some NORMAL group photos before we headed to the skiing area.
Yujin is the guy in the black jacket. And Junya (Yujin's good friend) is the guy in the "shit-color" sweatshirt.
And Yuki is the girl in the gray sweatshirt. And Tomi is the funny-looking guy in the orange shirt.
   

Santa dumped his red-nose reindeer
and was ready to snowboard instead.





 

It had actually snowed a lot before we got there.
So there was a thick layer of snow. We had to put
chains on our tires or we would have got stuck.

This is the entrance of the skiing/snowboarding
area. It is called "Heavenly."

I personally really think that this name sucks!
It's just so CORNY!
Can't they come up with better names?...

This hill that you see here is STEEP!
There are a lot of skiing courses within
the area, but this is labeled  as "the most
difficult"

Of course Santa is not gonna try
the "most difficult" one. Because this is
his first time without his reindeer and
sleigh.

"Let's rock and ROLL, Yujin!"

"Woa~"

Ok, doing a jump now!

It was just 4 p.m. But it had been
snowing since we got there. And the
storm was coming too. So we called
it for the day.

But it was really cool to snowboard in
a storm, you know.

Look! I am frozen! for the most part!
Ice chucks were literally sticking on
my jacket and hat!

It was cold!
