So tired
Well, welcome to my blog. I'm not sure how you got here, or why you are here, but please take the time to indulge on the details of my simplistic life.
Today was just like any other work day. Get up at 4:20am, eat Waffles, get dressed, get bitched at by mom for being slow and then hustled out the door to arrive at work by 5:15. I started off a little late this morning (5:27, gasp) and pretty much fumbled around for an hour before my co-workers arrived. First order of the day (and only order, really) was to stack 13 skids of paper (totalling somewhere around 41000 pieces of paper. I lazed around and took my sweet time until one of the pressman gave me 'the talk' and basically told me to work my ass off or I'd be out of a job. So, as told, I worked my ass off and really surprised him. All the stacking I had done in 2 hours (which was 3 skids) was doubled within the next 45 minutes. Blah blah blah, work sucks. Oh yeah, it was also freakishly hot at work today. I was sweating more than a 800lb guy running laps around a track for 3 hours. At one moment, I took my rubber gloves off after pouring some chemicals, only to realize that my hands had actually PRUNED from the massive amount of sweat in my gloves. It was nasty, very nasty.
Well I talked to some friends on MSN, I talked to a few girls on the phone. Nothing really materialized, but I'm hoping to get out of the house for a while before the end of the week.
I didn't download anything new, but I have become somewhat intrigued by Live Undead by Slayer. Blackwater Park by Opeth is also another song I've started to become open to. I mean before I thought it was okay, but today I really realized what an interesting song it really is. I'm hoping to drop by a record store on one of my driving outings soon and pick up Powerslave by Iron Maiden, and MAYYYYYYYBE if I can find one, a Kalmah or Dream Theater CD. I say Dream Theater because usually the DT CD's that I find are the newer ones that I dont necessarily like compared to others.
Meh... Haven't played anything for quite a while. I'm not sure whether to play one of my FF games or maybe The Sims. Oh, speaking of The Sims, The Sims 2 has been announced, and it looks pretty freakin sweet from what I've seen so far. Definitely one of the spring titles I'll pick up next year.
