Layne Staley was found dead in his Seattle home on April 19, 2002.
Jerry Cantrell is now on a headlining fall tour in the U.S. and U. K.
According to MTV News, "Jerry Cantrell passed out from extreme exhaustion and dehydration after an October 23 show in Portland, his publicist said. The former Alice in Chains guitarist canceled a hometown show in Seattle the next night and Saturday's (October 26) performance in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and will continue the tour October 27 in Lincoln, Nebraska."
