FROM THE CUMBERLAND MINE NEAR CARTHAGE,TENNESSEE in SMITH CO.

INFORMATION

This is a pocket that was discovered about 10 years ago.Specimens from this pocket were totally differant from any other pocket found in any of the mines.Terminations are rounded instead of the typical pointed ends we see on the points and double terminated footballs Mostly round and flat .They look like they were facated by a professional jewerler But they are all natural and mostly Translucent in the center and a amost clear gemmy gold to orange at the ends.Almost all the specimens Have etched Fluorite.Beautiful,Asthetic and rare pieces.If you are a collector of Elmwood,you need one of these pieces to add to the collection.
