Two Voice Poem

We’re coming to earth! It’s gonna be fun!

We’re coming to earth! It’s gonna be        scary!

There’s going to be food!

There’s going to be            Television!

We’re going to eat steak and eggs!

We’re going to                               watch “Teacher’s Pet”

The humans will look at us like

                                                   We’re from Mars or something!

Hey! We are from Mars!

Hey! We are from Mars!

I wonder if they will let us stay!

I wonder if they will                   make us leave early!

They have plenty of room in those deserts!

                                                                    They have too little space for us in those cities!

Do they have enough food for us?

                                                       They don’t have enough food for themselves!

Will they be frightened by us? I’m not that scary looking!

Will they be frightened by us?                                            I am very intimidating!                     

Will they still cook food                                    if we are there?

Will they still                   watch Teacher’s Pet if we are there?

They definitely                        real aliens before!

                          Haven’t seen        aliens before! 

They might make us leave, I suppose

They might make us leave,                 hopefully

Well it is most definitely,                           worth a try!
