Welcome to MosfeT online, the official homepage of Scottish unsigned Metal band, Mosfet.
In the begginning ... The name Mosfet came from the seedy beginnings of St Cuthberts High School, Johnstone when Barbour woke up in his Physics class to discover his teacher talking about "mosfet", and he remembered the word, and seeing as we were looking for a name, this one was chosen. The original members were Nhoj, Kappa (now Kerr) and Barbour Ger an established guitarist was brought in, and the search for a drummer has recently finished resulting in us having Iain in the band. However due to social reasons Kerr parted company with the band but he still rocks as he now plays the roll of website designer. MosfeT quickly Brian (simply because he's crazy)
