And We're Back
It's been awhile but we're back. Actually we never left. Truth is we could never be better.
Since South by Southeast was unleashed on the unsuspecting public, stocks have
quadrupled three times! No really! See I told all of you that it would be an INVESTMENT.
I bet you all are kicking yourselves now.
So anyway, the Oscars have come and gone, and we didn't win a damn thing. Not even a
Golden Globe! But that's cool, because we here at MMS Productions don't care about silly
superficial awards. We don't need people to tell us we are good. Just look at the DVD sales!
Through the roof, let me tell you! We have sold every copy of South by Southeast we have
produced. One!

Does anyone actually read this site? Because I'm getting tired of updating it. So, EMAIL us

Production Shut Down
Post-production on the latest MMS feature film South by Southeast has unfortunately
come to a standstill. While details are sketchy at this point, the official report states that
the equipment has been "lost".
Rumors are abound concerning the location of the missing equipment. One in particular
suggests that said equipment was commandeered by none other than the filmmaker's own
parents, because they "needed to use it". The filmmaker's parents have responded by
saying, "It is our equipment, afterall".
Despite the recent setback, we are very confident production will continue eventually and
the film will be completed on time. However, difficulties persist. It has come to our attention
that a film of the same title has just been released by director Milutin Petrovic. When
questioned about possible copyright infringements, the filmmaker's of our own South by
Southeast stated, "That other film was only released in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
I think we'll be okay."

"Live from the Loft" Special Screening
There will be a screening of the very first MMS film over the Christmas holiday. Live from
the Loft, the documentary film covering the exploits of the band El Queso Por Favor, which
has been enjoying a rabid cult following since it's initial DVD release, will get it's second
screening courtesy of the folks here at MMS Productions.
As many of you know, the first screening was marred by technical difficulties and inadequate
preparation. So this new opportunity to see our first film in all of it's glory comes as a great
Christmas present for all. Unfortunately, there is still no word as to whether or not South by
Southeast will be screened along side it. More details to follow.

More El Queso News and Rumours
The band El Queso Por Favor has stunned audiences by taking the bandstand at The Chris
and Gail Oetting 50th Wedding Anniversary Extravaganza, after stating they would never play
live again.
Rumours of the band's demise have been spreading wildly since the release of their latest album,
Just in Time for Christmas, so needless to say, this new show has fans consumed with
speculation about the band's future. However, when questioned about the possibility of a new
album, vocalist and guitar player Ben Marsh said, "Pshhh, yeah right."
