Stardock Logon (Win XP)
I am not a Windows XP user, but I found this program on the web that allows XP
users to change their boot/logon screens. You must first change the jpg screens on this site to
640x480 and then reduce the color depth to 16-color (4 bit) in your photo editor. You can then use
Stardock Logon to install the screens. It also includes an editor that allows you to edit the screens. 1.90 MB

is shareware and costs $7.95.
