The biographies on this music based website proved to be very useful sources in the making of this website.  The vast amount of information contained here is a great feature.  If a band is even scarcely known, there will probably be an archive of information about them.  Anyone can read the biography, see pictures, or listen to music clips from that band.  A drawback of Launch is that the biographies seem to be unedited and sometimes biased.  It would be nice to see some standardization of the biographies. 

This music website is a great resource.  Although it doesn't look nearly as good as Launch, Rock on The Net has a greater variety of types of music information.  For example, on the front page you can see music news, new releases, what's popular now, and what was popular a few years ago.  The content of these sections is also great.  The drawback is that the information on this website seems a little unorganized.  The information is there but it would be easier to comprehend if it was put on the page in a more orderly way 

Tabalorium.com is a website with a gigantic amount of tabs.  With over 13,700 guitar songs if you want to learn to play a song and you can't find a version of it then you'll probably not find it anywhere else.  A great feature of this website is that it contains guitar tabs and bass tabs.  Every song sounds numerous times better with the support of a bass guitar.  The makers of Tabalorium.com didn't fool around.  They know why people will go there by putting a search box at the very top of the page.  As with many guitar tab archives, though, many of the tabs on Tabalorium.com are difficult to read and understand.
