This comical band from a small town near Toronto, Canada is possibly the funniest popular band of all time. It all started back in 1988 when the current lead singer, Steven Page, got together with his childhood friend, Ed Robinson (the current guitarist), and started playing gigs around Toronto. With three others added - Tyler Stuart (drums), Jim Creeggan (bass), and Andrew Creeggan (keyboard) - BNL released an independent cassette that sold platinum in Canada (the first band to do this). Since then BNL has become popular all over the world. They have entertained people with crazy lyrics and fun melodies. Old Apartment "Old Apartment" is all about life moving along without you. The speaker breaks in the apartment he lived in before he was successful. He reminisces about things that went on in the apartment, but now are changed. |
