My name is Gabriel Regus, I am currently a Junior at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. I was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and now reside in Providence, Rhode Island. This web page is being created for an enlighting class entitled Concepts of Leadership, which will provide the following; the class explains various theories, types, and functions of leadership, identify personal factors in the emergence of leadership behavior. It looks at the observationof leadership traits in individuals in leadership positions, attempts to understand effective leadership styles, recognize the concepts of power and influence, appreciate diversity in effective leadership, appreciate cross cultural communication skills in leadership, understand the situational context of leadership, understand the aspects of ethical leadership, draft documents and position papers succinctly and convincingly, and synthesize information and articulately ask questions and state positions.
