Dectalk
Dectalk is a text-to-speech program for the P.C. (I don't know if it works on a mac, let me know!)
It works by you typing in a message in a text box (like on a chat line) and pressing the play
button. The program also offers the ability to choose different voices and different rates of
speech. It is very easy to use and a very small download (470 Kb). It is also a lot of fun as the
syntax is not perfect. The program messes up certain words when it is slowed down, and since
it speaks in a monotone voice it sounds really funny.
