Okay, it's been a while since the last update, but it's not like anyone comes to this website anyway... We played a show at the Red Spoon on the 7th with Hanus Anus and half of Jack of All Trades. The show was absolutely phenomenal. All the bands were great, and we brought 124 people into the Red Spoon. Amazing. Thanks to everyone who came. We have no shows planned right now, but we will soon be setting another Red Spoon show up. We also hope to record sometime soon. That's all I can think of at the moment. -Doug

The show at the Red Spoon went great; thanks to everyone who came and supported the local music scene. They asked all the bands back and offered a door charge for the next show, so we can make some dough. The battle in Calhoun also went well considering the fact that we won, and we didn't fucking wreck travelling in the snow. David won the award for Best Vocals, and Doug won for Best Drummer. Thanks to Curtis Baird for being the best fucking roadie ever and for running sound for all the bands. We'll keep you updated for future shows and what not. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year from Dysphoria!

Well, we walked away empty handed from the Alton High Battle, but we had a great time and put on a good show. We will be recording a three-song demo at Hot Seat on December 7th, which we will hand out for free, and send out to hopefully get some shows. We also have two shows lined up back-to-back: December 12th at the Red Spoon (formerly the Meridian) with Satellite Affair and Honorable Mention, and a battle of the bands in Calhoun on the next day. We will be playing a couple new songs at the Red Spoon, so be sure to check us out that night.handed from the Alton High Battle, but we had a great time and put on a good show.
