Hallooooooo!
I am Kris, I live in Ogden, Utah.Yes I know UTAH! Blame the folks. I am 37 which just about puts me in the geezer group ( Blows a kiss to Dan) In four years I plan to retire from my job with 20 yrs. I hope to do a road trip/ photographing excursion at that time. I am an avid photographer of old cemeteries. Those of you who have been hangin around here for awhile know that both my parents died in the last 9 months. Been a hell of a rough year indeed.

Lets see.. if anyone inquires about my sexuality I tell them "unconfirmed, I assume I have one but..." HAH! I have given birth to two children. One was adopted by a very nice family in the area the other torments me daily with questions and observations on Dinosaur behavior. Several years ago I had a MONSTER crush on a female singer WOW! But at the time my hubby Brian and I were trying to make the dinosaur freak...So I decided that actually I wanted to be a Mommy first.. then I might try the ladies later...

My best friend in the world is probably Mitchell in Georgia. Sort of a sad commentary on my marriage, but I am NOT going there. I haven't met anyone from this board.. yet! But I have met Wolfie in person and Lokisdad as well. And Brad in Colorado for those of you who visit the Vent Board. I came here from the Vent Board where Lance and I were having an argument about the relative merits of Miz Jagged Little SHRILL Alanis Morrisette.

Musically I like about everything..(even Alanis..sorta) gangsta rap leaves me cold. Like Greg I still crank up the DKs, The Pistols, Social D but I also love a great many of the newer bands. Linkin Park, Adema, AIC, The Peppers( my son's favorite band). I just discovered Faith No More and shall soon wear out that CD! I love the way Godsmack uses the drums.. drums can be soooo erotic!

I read almost as much as I breathe. Medieval history and ancient Near East history/archaeology are my current favorites. And I read a lot about society and sex/sexuality, very, very fascinating.. even if Mitchey just yawns. Books are one of 4 things I am willing to spend my money on : books, my son, Jewelry and clothing, and my TRUCK! Toucha ma truck and I toucha yo face! hahahahahahaha

We are plannin to move to Washington State in a few years. Brian says "I gotta move your BOOKS, YOUR PLANT AND YOUR DAMN PETS?" I said yeah whatever...

I was in university for a bit but the realiies of adulthood prevent me finanacially from returning for a bit. But I will... get the art degree to go with the history degree and be twice as unqualified for work!

Spiritually, I dunno. Sort of a Buddhist, sort of a pagan. I have fears of defining it too much. Definitions harden thought processes and I prefer to stay flexible and willing to change. And I do change my mind, not easily, but I do.

I am a lousy housekeeper, a great cook, a very laid back mother... I dunno I am as always ONLY ME.
