Bullets

From looking at other people's responses, and listening to the song, I have to agree with them and say that this is probobly a song about the people who badmouth the band and talk behind thier backs. He says, "Look at me…look at me. At least look at me when you shoot a bullet. Through my head..." which means that he wants people to say it to his face. The bullet through the head represents the criticism. Get it?

The song also says:

In my lifetime when I’m disgraced

By jealousy and lies

I laugh aloud ‘cause my life

Has gotten inside someone else’s mind

Also:

Said why…why do we live life

With all this hate inside

That all ties back to the people who criticise them.I think that when Stapp sings, "I think they shoot 'cause they want it." because he thinks that people badmouth him because they are jealous of his fame. (Which is most of the time why people criticise each other...Jelousy)

Note: These things are just opinions of other Creed fans and myself. They could have nothing to do with the real meaning that Creed had in mind when writing this song... Thank you
