My Favorite Plaid Straight Jacket is a five piece hardcore industrial techno band with a slight element of Hip Hop from the city of Detroit. We have come together from all types of backgrounds. Each one of us has an individual talent that is unique. To see us live will give you chills from the energy that is projected.

The Detroit music scene in general has become a big, festering boxing match of who can talk down and discredit each other on a daily basis.
