Black Watch
Marcus Carlysle was a supposed heir to his family's underworld organization. He grew impatient, however, and sought to take control before the current leaders were ready to relinquish it. His plan failed, and he was cast out of the organization. Marcus and the few followers he had left took up residence in an abandoned trainyard located in the Bowery district of New York City, where they now struggle to simply survive. Though it is a tough road ahead, Marcus has not lost his vision for power. In time he knows his group will gain in members and influence, and hopefully will raise a lot of hell in the process.
