Well kids, the storie of Apothen is not a very complicated one. all of us learned to play instruments and

said, hey lets right some songs! But lets go into the details of it, shall we? My brother Patrick Daniel Moore and I (Nicholas Spalding Moore) have

known Shane Tyler McKillop since 6th grade, I believe. At that time Shane, Pat, and I played our respective instruments: Bass, Guitar, and

Drums, But we didnt start playing and writing songs together until I was in 8th grade, dubbing Pat and Shane Sophmores in at the Local Prestigous

institute of learning (SY HIgh). We weren't really writing songs, just playing covers of our favorite bands. There was a period between now and the

time that My brother met Shane when we did have a band. We were called 'White Stag.' Now some of you may be thinking 'Isnt that the gay bar I

visited in San Francisco?' But no, there once was a band called 'white stag.' That went on for about 6-8 months and it was fun, cuz' there were (and

still is) an abundance of hot chicks that Casey Jowers and Kelly Hahn (Former WS guitarist) brought to the studio, along with the singing by our

freind DIllon Ruse. But since Kelly and Casey were seniors at SY High they left for college in the summer of 2003. But back to current times! In The

mid-summer of 03' a new guitarist is obtained and a new energy is apparent in the Moore Studio. A strapping greek god named Alex Petronakis joins

the band! Alex is very smart and he listens to such bands as Pantera and Slayer and canniball Corpse...Who would've thought! But the good part is,

He fucking tears a new asshole on guitar. Patch Has moved to second guitarist to add any necessary two part harmonies while becoming the lead

singer of the band. And Shane and I still work hard at being the Les Claypool and Danny Carey of the SY Valley.
