SARS Virus
Background
Sars is a virus that originated in China in the year 2002. It was spred to the U.S. from a passenger carring it on an airplane, who had just paid a visit to the massive country.
Incidents in China
As of April 22, 2003, the SARS cases in china reached 355. Including 5 forieners. There are so far 18 deaths in the capitol, Bejing, from the desies of SARS.
Incidents in North America America
cases in North America are low. There have been 283 cases in Canada, and 13 deaths. In USA there have been 166 cases, no deaths. It is good to say that north americas health department is keeping a clean hold on the cases of sars, and keeping the patients alive that have been infected with it.
