Radical Right from seizing control of our federal courts and
imposing its ultra-conservative ideology on all Americans.

The Radical Right has been at this for 25 years and is
dangerously close to achieving its objective.

Judges who were appointed by Republican presidents control a
majority of the 13 U.S. Circuit Courts and by the end of

If the Radical Right completes its takeover of our courts,
it could spell disaster for our civil rights, constitutional
freedoms, reproductive choice and privacy rights, religious
liberty, environmental protections and more. Why? Because the
vast majority of critical cases are decided at the circuit
court level and never even reach the Supreme Court.

As the Senate reviews the nominees, you and I cannot allow
any rubber-stamping - especially not for these lifetime
federal judgeships. There is simply too much at stake.
