I have been kicked and knocked down
I have been beaten mentally
I have been bruised and broken
Used and deceived
Lied to and cheated
I will not lie down and die
I will SURVIVE
when I think I can take no more
I will get up and fight
I will not be defeated
I will SURVIVE
Why do I choose red?
Red is the color of power
Power to take charge and control
and not bow down to defeat.
I choose to rise above
and to win whatever fight I am in
I choose to survive.
