History: Eli was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and moved to Clinton when he was about eight months old. His dad had played drums in bands as a teenager, so there was always a drumset around the house. he began taking lessons at age nine, and in eighth grade decided to form a band with local guitarist, Raphael Romero.
