Like Dreamers Do

An early Lennon/McCartney-penned song, and not a particularly strong one. Too full of unexplained imagery--"You came just one dream ago"? "I waited for the bliss, like dreamers do"??--without the use of late-'60s hallucinogenics to help it make sense. It's pretty hard to deduce just what the singer was expecting here; later Lennon/McCartney compositions made the unrequited-love angle a lot clearer.
