The next morning jenna went over to DJs to pick her up so they could meet the guys at rehursal. "hey Mrs.McKnight. is DJ ready?" jenna asked as her mother answered. "yeah i think so. go on up stairs jenna" she said kindly opening the door. jenna ran up stairs a slowly opened her door. " im sooo into you!" she heard DJ singing from inside her walk in closet. she approached the closet door and pushed it open. "OH MY GOD! is Dehlia Mcknight acually listneing to something other that punk music!" jenna drug out dramatically putting her hands on her cheeks. "god girl you scared me!" DJ yelled walking out of the closet and turning the radio down. jenna just laughed. "and YES i am listening to something other than punk music" she said grabbing her brush to put her hair up. "your not going like THAT are you?" jenna asked looking at her. "whats wrong with it?" DJ said looking down at herself. "its just...well your gonna meet the other memebers and your so punked out. you only do that for concerts and when you go hang with "the crew" " jenna said. DJ had on her sparkly pink eye shadow and shinning pearly lips. she had on some baggy black jeans and a black speggeti strap with a hot pink kitten on it to match the streaks in her hair and make up. "so, i always make sure when i meet people they see who i really am so if they act weird i know i wont like them. thats why i was fond of chris. he wasnt all wacked out when he saw how i was dressed!" DJ simply explained. "okay whatever" jenna said. after the finishing touches DJ and jenna ran out the door. they got to the studio and turns out that greg and chris were the only ones there. "hey!" chris ran over and hugged DJ. "hey nice look" chris said complamenting her. "yeah well atleast SOMEONE likes my style and excepts its me!" DJ said glaring at Jenna. "hey girl i would be right there next to ya with a tounge ring and blue hair if i wasnt so shy!" jenna said. "mmm hmm" DJ said sarcastically. just then 3 more guys walked in, one had a girl with them.
"hey sup guys" chris said walking over. "oh guys this is DJ, DJ this frankie matt and jesse" chris said. "hey" they all said. " your a lucky guy there eh chris" matt whispered to himm. "you know it!" chris said smiling. Jesse was the one with the girl. she had long black hair and sparkly green eyes. DJ always had a sense on people. she could get vibes easily and something wasnt right about her. "oh this is jesses girlfriend Erin" chris said. "hey! nice you meet you" DJ said politly. "eh like wise" erin said looking at her nails. DJ had a a cunfused look on her face. "dont mind her" chris said whispering in DJs ear pulling her aside. "shes always like that" he added. "yeah iv learned to ignore her myself" jenna said cutting in. "okay are you guys ready?" a girl said walking in. "oo c'mon you have to meet claudia!" chris said excitedly pulling her over to her. "jeez someones a eager beaver" DJ laughed . "hey claudia is this my girlfriend DJ" chris said smiling. "hey! its nice to meet you. ive heard a lot about your awsome dancing!" DJ said nicely to her. "oh why thank you!" claudia said. "shes a keeper!" claudia whispered to chris. chris put his arm around her walking away "i know" he said looking back with a sly smile. she shook her head and laughed."okay lets get started' she said putting on music. jenna and DJ sat agianst a wall and watched them. "wow there good!" DJ said amazed . "yeah i know!" jenna said. the guys stopped for a break. chris an greg walked over to the girls and frankie and matt fallowed."hey whats up" DJ said to them. "i was gonna talk to jesse but princess erin requsted we leave them be" greg said kissing jenna.
"so i guess shes a bit of a pain eh?" DJ asked. "a pain? ha. shes more like a broken bone" matt said drinking some water. they all laughed. "uh hey guys can i talk to ya alone" Chris asked. "sure" they said. greg.matt,frankie,and chris all walked to the other part of the studio. "you guys i REALLY like DJ and i dont know what to do! its totally crazy. its as if we arent together idont know what to say to her anymore!" chris said with plead in his eyes."oh wow. sounds like love!' matt said smiling. "really ive only been with her for 3 1/2 days!" chris said. "well your in that weird point where you REALLY like her. wait til ya think about love" greg said. "um okay" chris said still cunfused. he had never in his life felt this way about anyone. meanwhile DJ and jenna were talking. DJ kept looking at erin who seem to keep glancing at her then talking to jesse. "well its not my fault! i mean look at her shes a freak of nature!" Erin yelled quit loudly. "ugh i dont have to take this" DJ said getting up and walking outside the studio doors. chris noticed and ran over "what happend?" he asked jenna "well erin made a very rude comment about her and she kinda got pissed and went outside" jenna explained. "hey jess can ya tell your girl to chill!" greg yelled to him. chris ran outside and saw DJ sitting right outside the door smoking. "what are you doing!" he asked looking at her . 'whats up with you?" chris asked. "well one im not on a good hand with my family right now and that little snob in there has some weird problem with me. quite frankly the bad day iwas trying to forget is coming back cuz im just feeling worse!' DJ explained. "why? what happend." chris asked. "nothing just my mom. when i got home from our 'date' she told me shes getting married to her boyfriend. we got in a fight like we always do. it was nothing" she said shaking her head. "well obviously not if its bothering you this much" chris said. "ugh its just shes ruining my life. she wont let me live with who i want to wich is my father. she is always on my back yelling and controls my life. ever since her boyfriend moved in my lifes gone to hell" DJ explained. "im sorry," chris said. "im happy i found someone like you though" dj said smiling a little. he went over and hugged her. "now this smoking thing!" chris said looking her in the eye. DJ couldnt help but laugh at how concerend he acted. 'ill quit" she said smiling. he led her back inside. claudia came over. 'hey the guys told me. are you okay?" she asked. "oh yeah im fine. i got my little cheerer upper on duety" she said looking at chris as he blushed slightly. "oh. well dont mind erin. if she wasnt jesses girlfriend i would kick her out of my studio!" claudia told them as they laguhed.
