The 'LA COSTA' is situated in Skopelos, a greek island that belongs to the Sporades, south-east of Thesalonica and Volos. Ferries, High Speeds and Flying Dolphins depart from Ag.Konstantinou (150km from Athens - Highway E75 towards Lamia), Volos and Thesalonica. (Travel time apprx. 2 1/2h by Flying Dolphins - 3-4h by High Speeds). The 'LA COSTA' first was built in 1984 right across the new harbour (built in 2000) on the province's main promenade. The touristic season starts from early June and lasts until late October. Sometimes the 'La Costa' is open at Greek Easter, but that mainly depends on weather conditions.
