Jane Germain was born in Sydney and moved to Perth in the late 70's;
her debut into the music scene was not until the late 80's.
She started writing songs which were immediately recognised and critically acclaimed.
She recorded two albums with the Dreamers -The Honeymoon's Over and Surrender.
These albums sold strongly through independent outlets and received extensive airplay.
Jane's songs are almost personal - inspired by life and love.
Lyrically, the themes are varied - the influences are many,
shifting from the best power blends of blues and rock,
through to a warm wave of sensual groove.
Jane has joined forces with one of the most respected guitarists in Perth,Steve Garde,
in the band Earthbound; and play at Festivals and clubs throughout Australia.
