ROCK N ROLL EXPERIENCE - Schism 1/6/07

Ok, so you say you like Tool...well, if you've never Schism, then you're definitley missing out, because Schism re-creates the music of Tool to an exact replica, & the really un-canny thing is the bands singer, because although he looks nothing like Maynard, he sounds identical to him, & if you closed your eyes, you seriously could not tell the difference...seriously! Keith, the bands guitarist is really the glue that holds the band together...his riffs are note for note with the original Tool songs, & he is also the bands manager, so it's not uncommon to see him in the crowd signing people up for the bands mailing list prior to their shows! One of the really cool things I dug about the band was that they knew almost every Tool song, & if fans called out certain songs, they did them! "Prison Sex" was my personal favorite of the night along with "Stink Fist". If you get a chance to see Schism, definitley check them out..they are a great Tool cover band!
