I have always loved big trucks, especially Peterbilts and Autocars. As a kid in the 40's and 50's in Maine, I loved watching the big logging trucks hauling trees out of the forests, and the heavy equipment haulers pulling large skidders through the back woods roads. Later, I had the opportunity to drive 5 ton trucks in Vietnam(with quad 50 caliber machine guns mounted on the back). Still later, I spent a lot of time with the big rigs as I delivered motorhomes across the country. However, it has only been within the last ten years that I have had the time to really enjoy these beautiful big trucks. They are truly "works of art".
