'You shall love your Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind' - Matt. 22:37.

The teens camp for this year was held on the 10th to 12th , dwelt on the theme of nourishing the body, mind & soul. Through the three days of camp, we have seen the importance & necessity of nourishing the body, mind & soul, without neglecting or leaving out any of them. There was also time set out for games & songs, which were enjoyable and exciting.

Enthusiasm was in the air as we started the first day of the camp. Praise & worship, prayer & games kick started the camp.

First day - nourishing the body. 'We have to enjoy our body to have the taste of Heaven & we have to deny our body to enjoy the pleasures of heaven'. As a part of the theme, we visited the C.S.I. Hospital and it was indeed a wonderful experience as we interacted with the patients.

On the second day we learnt the importance of the mind as a gift from God that sets us apart, and makes us unique form the rest of creation. We have seen the necessity to keep our thoughts pure and orient towards Christ, and to be able to use this gift to work with God. In addition to this we were thought to nourish our minds in Christ, so that we may be able to make the right decisions in life. We also learnt a formula for success - go weep, sow, reap rejoice, which brought out the importance of hard work, for us to be successful in every aspect of our lives.

On the final day, we had something special in-store for us…we had been to Nandi hills, where we started off with a session on 'the soul'. We learnt how to nourish our souls form the word of God followed by a session on 'relationships' in the light of God's word. Then we had a nice time of fellowship lunch & got to know one another in a better way.

The camp was really a wonderful blessing for all of us. Every song that we sang, every game that we played and every lesson that we learnt indeed challenged us to nourish our body, mind & soul to work for God.
