RON EISENBERG

A fourteen-year veteran in the Real Estate Brokerage Business with over thirty years of personal experience in sales. Ron is currently an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the Province of Ontario as well as in the State of Florida. Ron is an excellent negotiator with great people skills. He has created Ventron Realty Corp. with a philosophy as a long term Broker in the Real Estate Business.

Ron was one of the top Retail Leasing Agents during the early and mid nineties in Ontario with over One Million Square Feet of retail space leased.

During the last five years he has participated in the Sale and acquisition of over 10,000 Apartments in the Multi Family  Business with a value in excess of $500,000,000 (CDN)  Million Dollars. Commencing in 2002, acting as General Partner on behalf of an investment group he purchased over 1,100 Apartments Suites in Tampa Florida and oversees all aspect of the Asset Management.

CHERYL KARDISH-LEVITAN

An Associate Broker, B.A., FRI, Cheryl has over twenty-five years experience in Real Estate and is a specialized consultant in all aspects of commercial properties.  Cheryl has leased over One Million Square Feet of commercial space in her Real Estate career.  Cheryl works with National and Local, Retail and Office clients in assessing their requirements, negotiating their Leases and finding them new locations in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.  Cheryl is the recipient of the YMCA-YWCA Women Of Distinction Awards for Active Living and is well recognized in the community for her outstanding involvement in raising money for The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.  Cheryl is one of the few women whose specialty is in Commercial Real Estate and has an excellent relationship with Landlords, Developers and Brokers alike.

  PHIL BERMAN

Phil joined Ventron Realty Corp. in 1999 as an Office Leasing Specialist. He owned and operated several businesses since the late 70ís and has brought with him vast knowledge of the needs and systems of business, allowing him to focus directly on properties that ideally suit his clientís individual needs. He has also developed relationships with most of the commercial landlords over the years by dealing directly with them in his own companies. He is now moving into the Multi-family Residential Sales division and will be responsible for all of Ontario.

 MICHAEL MANCINO

A Registered Real Estate Representative for twenty-two years with experience in leasing and marketing of industrial, retail and office space in Ottawa and the surrounding area. Michael has co-ordinated leases on an annual basis of One Hundred Thousand Square Feet. Currently, Michael is specializing in the Sale of Multi Family Apartment Buildings and has participated in the sale of over Two Thousand, Six Hundred Suites.

Michaelís area of expertise is his ability, through intensive marketing, to flush out buyers and sellers of Multi-unit Residential Buildings of over One Hundred units and Shopping Centres over One Hundred Thousand square feet in all major Canadian cities and the United States of America.

DAVID THOMSON B.A.  FRI

David Thomson is Ventronís Quebec Broker and Partner. David, a graduate in urban geography from Carleton University, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1972, getting involved initially in appraisals and market research until 1981, when he decided to focus on Commercial Sales and Leasing.  Over the years, David has sold hundreds of acres of land to developers and has been involved in many of the largest office buildings, apartment complexes, automobile dealerships and big-box retail outlets (Costco, Maxi, Brault and Martineau, Loblaws Superstores).  Most recently, he has completed the sale of over 100,000 acres of forestry land, a major apartment complex in Montreal and numerous developments parcels in Gatineau.
