Greymatter Popups
Greymatter popups allows your comments page, to pop up making it not open in your iframe. I use this for my GM.
Login into Greymatter and go to Edit Templates
Select Edit Main Index-Related Templates
Put this in the HEAD section
Hit Save Template Changes
Then click Edit Karma & Comments-Related Templates
Find the the box that says {{commentslink}} and replace whats in that box with this:
Change where it says the WIDTH and the HEIGHT to whatever you want.
Hit Save Template Changes again and then rebuild your files.
