Interstate 280 forms the southern leg of the blet-loop around the Quad-Cities. Running from Interstate 80 on the southeast side of Rock Island to the Iowa/Illinois State Line at the Mississippi River. I-280 provides the western portion of the Quad-Cities easy access to the Quad City International Airport.
