Interstate 155 is a north-south spur of Interstate 55. Orignating at I-55 northwest of Lincoln, and ending at Interstate 74 at Morton, it is aprox. 31 miles long. For many years the interchange at I-55 and I-155 sat for looks. As I-155 was completed, Illinois State Route 121 ran along and on portions of the highway. That is till about 1993, when I-155 was placed into operation and IL St Rt 121 was pulled back to Lincoln. While in the state of Illinois, I-155 is multi-plexed.
