Membership of YPI is open for anyone in anywhere in the world. After becoming a member of YPI you must frequently write articles, to be published on the website, on any subject you prefer. Your article need not be in the subjects that are viewed in the web. You can create new subjects. While writing fresh articles you must write replies to the published articles. Every article of your's would be published on the web and while you could forward your own ideas while you could let your idea be critisized and know what others think of your idea. This way everyone's knowledge about the world would expand.
