FACILITIES: We have 32 condominiums available that you can stay in. Each room has a different money value so not all rooms are the same price for that week. We pick what room you will stay in by drawing the room number out of a hat.
ROOM ACCOMIDATIONS: In each condominium, there is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living/dining area, 1 kitchen, and 1 balcony! All rooms have oceanfront view and pier and pavillion view!
EXTRA ACCOMADATIONS: We also have 1 large pool, supplied with fresh clean towels and a cabana. We have 3 grills to cook on as well. We also have a gameroom which has a balcony, 2 loveseats, 1 pool table, 1 fuseball table, 1 ping-pong table, and some arcade games.
PETS???: Yes, you can bring your pet! We have a limit on how many pets you may bring though! You may only keep 2 household pets (dogs, cats, snakes, rats, rabbit, etc. and horses don't count). But, if you have a horse that you would like to bring along, we do have a stable in which you may bring a total of 1 horse per person. Please read below for more info. on the horses. So you may bring a total of 2 household pets and 1 horse. Rooms do cost extra for pets staying in your room and/or stable.
OUR STABLE SERVICES: We do have a stable for those who wish to bring their pet horse. We have exactly 33 stalls in our barn. We also have 5 tack rooms (A, B, C, D, E), 5 miles of trails, and 2 riding rings. Our trails do lead through brush and onto the beach. Horses that stay here have to behave!!
ROOMS & THEIR PRICES: Rooms are listed from 1st floor to 2nd floor and if a If you wish to bring 2 household pets,that will be an extra charge of $25. If you wish to bring a horse, of course, you have to pay for food, stall, paddock, and tack room space so if you bring a horse, that is an extra $30 to your room price. If a room is available and no one is renting it, you will see the price beside it. If someone is there for that week, you will see only their name beside it!

LOOK HERE!!: You are able to buy a room PERMENATLLY and come down whenever you wish and bring your horse and as many household pet as you please (only unlimited household pets). If you wish to buy one of these rooms permentally, the cost is $5,750 and you are able to put the room up for sale at any given time that you please! Just e-mail me if you would like to purchase a room or put your room up for sale! When your room goes up for sale, you get half of what you spent to buy the room. Like you paid me $5,750 for the room, when you put it up for sale (I put it up for sale at $5,750), you will get half of the profit that I get off of it which means you would get a total of $2,875 and so would I. So please buy one of these great rooms today! There is no limit on how many you can buy! I will just add more rooms on!
