Most short films shall take a long time to load, but will give no indication of loading. Just open the page and then let it sit for a while. Perhaps go and eat some cerial, or some sonic burgers, or some baking chocolate, or a bathtub.. anyways, once it loads you can add it to your favorites, I called it "movie movie movie MOVIe" on mine, then in your favorite places right click on it and hit "Properties" and check the box that says "Make available offline" on the Web Document tab. okbye.
