The window on the right displays folders and files. You must work from the Folder/Files Window to add a folder to the Local disk (C:).

Right click in a blank area within the Folder/File Window to display the pop up menu for New  —> Folder options

See sample below.

This option creates a new folder called New Folder. While it is still blue, change the name to OTS 430 and enter.

Folders and documents will be out of order and probably out of alignment. Pointing to a blank area within this same window, right clicking will give you the option to Arrange Icons —> by Name.

Text Box: Hint: = folders are listed alphabetically at the top followed alphabetically by files. After arranging the icons, notice the Folder window on the right automatically updated and displays the new OTS 430 Folder.

Open the OTS 430 folder in either window by single clicking from the Folder Window or by double clicking on the folder itself within the Folder/Files Window on the right. You are now in the OTS 430 folder. There is nothing in this new folder yet.
