You're clearly being sarcastic, but yes. You should warn people if they troll. There shouldn't be certain subjects or certain people who when involved make getting a warn easier. |

I never said that, nor attempted to imply it. What I meant to say was that I disagreed with ShyGuy's treatment of the situation. If I did a bad job stating that, I apologize. My issue is that I do not believe he should have made a thread arguing the fact that we were breaking a rule in trolling SolarBlaze and stated that we should not continue to troll SolarBlaze about the subject that I was trolling him about, but rather he should have simply sent out PM warnings outlining the posts which violated the rules, to the users who violated the rules.
Posting a warning that you will receive a warning in Mindless Junk, in my opinion, was not and should never be the proper course of action in dealing with these sorts of things.

Making a public thread saying "Stop trolling him or I will warn you" is not only perfectly acceptable, but much more practical than sending PMs to people separately. I don't see how wasting time fishing through all of Mindless Junk for these posts is helping anyone. Posting a warning that you will receive a warning in Mindless Junk, in my opinion, was not and should never be the proper course of action in dealing with these sorts of things.
Well, thank you for your opinion. However, considering how there's absolutely no reasoning behind your opinion, or at least none that you've presented, it really means nothing, sorry to say. I can say that I hate pumpkins and I think that growing pumpkins should never be a concern of ours, but that won't stop pumpkin farmers because there's absolutely no reason to stop. And yes, pumpkins are awesome and every metaphor should be about pumpkins. |
