1. Introduction |
^Top |
| The purpose of this document is to provide Unit Zero (UZ)
members with a clear, in-depth, explanation of Unit Zero's rules and policies.

the bounds set forth by this document as provided for in their
subscription agreement. This document encompasses the operations of both
the normal member and the Command member.
Unit Zero is a unique online gaming

5. Administrative Procedures |
^Top |
| Leaves of Absence
Unit Zero understands that "real-life" does
happen, thus we ask you to announce to the command staff your leave of
absence here. When you
return, please tell us that too,
here. If you are
inactive (meaning not posted on forums for weeks on end) you account will
be banned and you will be notified. If you do not respond to this notice
with in two weeks, your membership with UZ will be terminated, and your
account here at UZ HQ will be disbanded.
Member Removal or Voluntary Departure
From time to time members will be removed
from UZ HQ member data base. The reasons vary from disciplinary to
administrative. Whatever the reason, it is done to ensure the security and
well-being of Unit Zero and its members.
 |
Members of Unit Zero are
required to post at least on thread a month on the UZ Forums. This is
so your account does not go into the "inactive" status. Accounts in
the "inactive" state for 3 months will be deleted. Accounts in the
inactive state will also get notified of the inactivity.
|
 |
When TeamSpeak is
enabled on our outfit, you will get VERY limited access to it when
your account is in the "inactive" state. Self-hosted Forums will also
be limited to "inactive" accounts.
|
 |
If a deleted member
wishes to re-join Outfit operations, they need only to file a
re-subscription form, located
here.
|
 |
If a member was deleted
without a notice (we do keep records of all notices we send out), they
can file a complaint here, and we will re-instate you to the member
data base and promote you one extra rank. Note that this will happen
rarely, that is why your forgiveness gift is so high. |
