Makoto's earrings!

Makoto's earrings are like her trade mark. She even says so. I don't know where they came from because she never says. They are pretty cute though! I kind of wish I knew where they came from don't you? (It would make a pretty good fan fiction don't you think? Hm...)

I actually had a pair (clip ons with pink roses...) just like them when I was really little. they where given to be by my grandmother, who is a very nice woman. She wanted me to be a little more femine or something...I guess? Because...why else would you buy a second grader earrings? The tom boy I was though...I 'lost' them because I didn't like roses. Actually I didn't like flowers all together. Thinking back to it...I wish I hadn't gotten rid of them.

The cool thing about them are that they are one of the first things that Usagi notices about Mako. She's like...she smells good, Hey! What pretty earrings!

In Meet Sailor Jupiter: THUNDER a scout guide they had this pretend interveiw with Mako. This is what she had to say about the ear rings:

    They are sort of like my trade mark. I love plants and flowers and I epecially like roses because they are so classic!

I think that it would however make more sense if she said something about Camillas or if the ear rings where camillas. They are her favorite flowers so why doesn't she talk about them more? Ne...I don't get it.

Makoto goes on to say:

    I like things to have a special meaning for me, even my ear rings. I can even use them to distract them enemy!
