Cream Cheese Twice-Baked Potatoes

2Baked Potatoes
1/2 CupCream Cheese, spreadable
1/4 CupMilk
1 TbspOnion, diced
1/4 TspGarlic, minced
2 TbspSour Cream
2 TspBacon, crisped, crunched

1) Cut potatoes, scoop out potato.
2) Mash potatoes with cheese, cream, garlic, and sour cream.
3) Add onion and bacon.
4) Garnish with parsley and grated cheese.
5) Bake for 20 min or until the cheese melts.
