|4||Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless|
|1 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1 Can||Cream of Broccoli Soup|
|2 Tsp||Lemon Juice|
|Parsley for garnish|
1) Place chicken breasts in between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Pound slightly with mallet.
2) Cook chicken on each side for 10 minutes.
3) Add soup, lemon juice, dill, pepper and milk.
4) Top each chicken breast with lemon slice.
5) Simmer 5 minutes.
6) Top with parsley.
